I am interested in working with women who are ready to make changes in their lives in order to become the happiest, healthiest version of themselves. We’ve all tried the fad diet books, the strict diet plans, the new gym memberships, right? Sure, and beginning a new regiment for health can be exciting at first…but often times, we women find ourselves “falling off the wagon” and suffering feelings of frustration, anger, guilt, and remorse way too quickly.
I want you to know these cycles of ups and downs are not only not necessary, but they are NOT HEALTHY for your body nor for your mind. In fact, they can be hurtful, leaving you physically and mentally in an even worse place than where you started.

6 MONTH “WALK INTO WELLNESS” PROGRAM
I call my 6 month program “Walk Into Wellness” because I feel the title is indicative of the journey you will endeavor when working with me. If we met once and I wrote you a quick fix meal plan or gave you a long list of things you could do to “lose weight,” I would surely be leading you down a short road to disappointment. So instead, I work with women over a period of 6 months to ensure a gradual release of knowledge, understanding & skills that will lead to personal power and freedom with regard to health.
Let me help you identify areas in your life that need more nourishment… perhaps it is your career? Your relationships? Physical activity? Spirituality? Let me teach you to replace toxic foods and feelings with wholesome choices that will better your body, inside and out.
I want to guide you to take control over your choices so you feel free to love yourself the way you deserve to be loved.
As a client of my program, I can help you to:
- identify your strengths and weaknesses with regard to holistic health
- set create and achieve personalized goals
- meet and maintain a healthy, natural weight
- identify, understand, and reduce cravings that are not helpful
- find realistic ways to incorporate physical activity that you enjoy into your schedule

As a client of my program, you can expect:
- a free 50 minute initial consultation
- typically two 50-minute sessions per month, either in person or on the phone
- email/phone support in between sessions
- coaching and support to help you transform your diet
- tangible resources such as handouts, recipes, tools, and freebies
