Hi! I am so glad you are here. My name is Amanda. I am wife, a new momma, and a special education teacher. I also am starting to blog about all things related to womanhood and wellness… sometimes I write about recipes I tested at home that turned out pretty well for myself and for my daughter (home-made baby food), sometimes essays on mommy-hood, and sometimes suggestions for holistic wellness. I enjoy writing, so stay in touch to read what else comes to my mind!
Like all of you, I have gone through many life changes – some planned, some unplanned. I have spent most of my 20s actively seeking ways to understand myself, to balance my needs with my current life situations, & to be independently happy and healthy. I believe I have succeeded and I am determined to help others do the same. So, I also work as a holistic health coach. I received training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and now I coach women to create and achieve their own personal wellness goals surrounding food, family, friends, exercise, and work.
