Hey ladies! For those who are interested, here is a link for 14 Prenatal Yoga Videos online. I tried two of them today and enjoyed them very much. I have never enjoyed working out at home before, but as I get bigger and work gets harder, I am less motivated to go to the studio yet still want to get in some poses and movements. I always feel so much better immediately afterwards and I DEFINITELY notice a difference in how my body and mind feel the day after. Check them out!
Recently, I wrote about turning to yoga to help get me through the last few weeks of my pregnancy. I joined a local studio and it has been wonderful. Some days, however, I can’t make it to class or the hours are just too late for me right now. So, I searched some online options and found a free Prenatal Power Flow class on the website Do Yoga With Me.
The site has many free yoga classes, meditations, and tutorials that are truly worth exploring. This one hour video that I happened to stumble upon has been my favorite hour of the day for the last few days! The poses are perfect for my needs and the instructor includes modifications that are helpful and appropriate. I plan to explore the rest of the site post-pregnancy to help me incorporate daily meditations and morning exercises – two personal goals of mine.
I encourage you to check it out! Comment below or on my contact page and let me know how it works out for you.
